Building Use Fees

Overnight groups will have meeting space that accommodates their group size included. Additional meeting space fees are:

Chapel

  • $100 for the first day. $50/day for additional days.

Dining Hall

  • $100 for the first day. $50/day for additional days.
    • If we are providing meals Dining Hall use is included in per person, per meal rates.

Lodge

  • $100 for the first day. $50/day for additional days.
    • Building use fees are for meeting space. Sleeping accommodations are charged separately.

Old Office Building/Bethany

  • $50 for the first day. $25/day for additional days.

Woods

  • $50 for the first day. $25/day for additional days.

Day Use Fees

Grounds only

  • $10/person

Dining Hall

  • $100 + $10/person

Chapel

  • $100 + $10/person

Lodge

  • $100 + $10/person

Overnight Rates

Dorm Rates - Campbell, Lakeside, Pine:

  • $32 per person, per night
  • $30 per person, per night discounted rate for Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) groups
    • Rate includes access to appropriate-sized meeting space for entire group

Private Lodging Rates - Stone Spiritual Retreat Center:

  • $90 per night, up to 2 occupants
  • $40 per night for additional occupants, 17 and over
  • $20 per night for additional occupants, 16 and under

Private Lodging Rates - The Historic Lodge:

  • $250.00 per night, up to 6 occupants
  • $29 per night for additional occupants

Meals Provided

Meal Rates

We offer cafeteria-style meals for groups of 20 or more:

  • $12 per person, per meal, for groups of 20-29 people
  • $10 per person, per meal, for groups of 30 or more

Smaller groups can request to provide their own meals in one of our rental facilities with a kitchen.

Meal times

  • 8am Breakfast
  • 12pm Lunch
  • 6pm Dinner
    • Smaller groups may share meal-times with other groups

Special Dietary Restrictions/Preferences:

Menus are planned intentionally to accommodate as many dietary needs and preferences as possible, with the space and equipment available. All meals are prepared on the same equipment so individuals with severe food allergies should be aware that cross-contamination may occur. Individuals with allergies or special dietary needs are welcome to bring their own meals and may be reimbursed for their meal rates if coordinated with our Director of Guest Services (karlee@disciplescrossing.org) in advance. Otherwise, we appreciate your understanding when there are fewer options to choose from where personal restrictions are involved.


Pool/Lake Toys:

  • 2 hours included per day for all summer groups
    • includes certified lifeguards and lifejackets for lake swimming
  • $100 per hour for additional hours, per day.
